  CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE REASON I GO HERE...
  
  MARIA is the best! Great people person. She is always attentive to my concerns and questions. Always answers thoroughly and a pleasure to deal with. I own a small business that does a fair amount of shipping. I often miss my local truck pick up times due to expedite jobs running late. So I would have to rush to the store for same-day drop off. Maria has always understood my predicament and accommodates when she can.
  
  I will say that the pricing I get from a gentleman (I assume is the manager) for packing seems arbitrary (is sometimes fair, MOST TIMES over priced). Once, I was quoted $75 for shipping. I informed my customer and he said that it's $45 and faster at the Post Office. Needless to say he told me to use USPS instead.
  
  But even that said, I ALWAYS go here first and pray that Maria is the one I deal with. She makes any premium I pay for packaging worth having to NOT deal with the hassle
