  WORST WORST experience shopping anywhere!!! I particularly want to rate Christina’s customer service. I’ve had to deal with her multiple times while ordering my drapes and rods and I have never seen her crack a smile. I tell her my concerns and she would just stare at me with a blank stare until I had to prompt her to answer me. She offered no advice on how to go about ordering drapes and she was unclear, giving me one word answers when I asked questions. It’s as if someone is forcing her to show up to work. I ordered rods and drapes two months ago and STILL haven’t received the finials that go with my order. They should be shipped out according to Christina next Tuesday but she could not give an answer as to when they will arrive. I even had to ask her to call and check on my order when I told her I never received my finials. At first my concern was met with a blank stare, then finally after an uncomfortable silence, ‘well I’ll have to call.’ So after a minute or so of her just staring at me I had to say, well are you going to call??? Horrible experience.
