  I had the opportunity to take a CPR class taught by Katie about a month ago. She taught us skills to use on the trail (snake bites, spider bikes, how to stay properly hydrated, etc) also CPR for adults and babies, how to wrap properly and so much more! I never thought I'd be able to use these skills taught SO quickly! Living in LA there's emergencies left and right. While my husband and I were driving we saw a woman passed out on the ground. I immediately stopped to go help her, calm down the crowd surrounding her and get an ambulance asap. If it wasn't for this amazing class I would have never known what to do in an emergency. I highly recommend taking this class!
