  BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. HIGH EXPECTATION BUT LOW PERFORMANCE.
  Its too bad we did not see the bad reviews on yelp before we hired OLEG moving. I ired another company, but truck showed up with this name.
  We had a horrible experience with our move and the management refuses to admit that they did anything wrong. Their scheduling does not happen until the last minute, and then when the one time they offered us for delivery did not work for us, they charged us a bunch of money to hold our items.
  We were hung up on by Tara , who booked this job, while trying to sort out the issue and told that our concerns we "not worthy" of letting us talk to a manager. We have received nothing but terrible customer service even though the men who did the hard work were very nice to us.
  I think they are overloaded and do not have enough people. The lack of quality shows, the movers said they were overworked because the boss makes them work 12 -14 hour shift and at times 8-10 days in a row. They were slow and exhausted. BAD MANAGEMENT SKILLS .
  I would not give them another chance, EVER !!!
