  Do not book with this company! I had a contract for June 12th, attempted to reach the driver the day before and he had no idea who I was. Sent email directly to wolf pack and received no reply, though the driver did call me immediately after telling me Scott had yelled at him about not responding to me. Driver- JJs auto transport- who Scott assigned to us- then never gave me an estimated pick up or any further response after our phone call (he told me to give him time for the schedule). I had to put in a paypal dispute since I never heard from either of them! Then they gave paypal a FAKE shipping number so paypal took their side initially- it is in the appeal's process so hopefully a real person will look at it and not an automated system. They gave a fake shipping number like they were sending me something instead of sending a picture of our contract that clearly says 6/12. Maybe if they would have responded to me via email or phone- I left plenty of voicemails and emails, I would not have left a negative review. We are a military family moving across the country. We did not have time to play games with an unprofessional company who could not be bothered to respond to emails, phone calls or give an accurate timeline of anything. If you are shipping a vehicle, look for a company who is professional and will answer phone calls and emails.
