  It's never super crowded here when we go. The equipment is in super shape. There are lots of ways to climb up and slide down. The monkey bars are low (great sized even for a young as 3 year olds), the play equipment seems to entertain kids from crawling age to grade school age. The foam ground is soft and springy still. The only thing missing are the swings and it is a bit sunny in the afternoon/early evening (the overhanging material put up to block the sun seems to be placed in the wrong direction).
