  I am the first to admit I can be a picky customer. If I pay someone to service my car or bike rather than do it myself, I want to know it is done right. And I will admit further that I was unsure what to think of West Valley Cycle Sales before I got to know Ruth, Jay and Marco there. But once I got to know them, I entrusted them to service my BMW motorcycle and to source and install some “farkles” I desired.
  
  Ruth scheduled my appointment (on her handwritten calendar) and on the appointed day, Marco was there ready to work on my bike, and the parts they had ordered on my behalf were there was well. The job was done right, on time, and at what I consider to be a very fair price. I am pleased I entrusted them with the bike, and I will do so again.
