  I was there 10 mins before my appointment, and I got called in 1 hour after I came in, I was waiting for the dentist for another 30mins. And after that I was waiting another 1 hour and a half to get information and some paperwork... which I never got because I was tired of waiting so I just left... I will not be going back. I was there all day from 11am to around 3pm. I was disappointed. And it was my first visit...

  This place has the worst appointment setup and service. They have scheduled my appointment for a certain date and my name would not be called until 30 minutes after my set appointment. I was scheduled for 9:00am and there were no dentist nor dental assistance in the office. My name was called at 9:30 am and was asked to sit in the X-ray room for another 15 minutes. This prior to them taking any X-rays. After this follow up, I will definitely be changing my dental insurance to a different office.
  
  I’m not sure why they schedule people to come when they are not even present. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s the community that they serve or simply the location of this facility. I believe that if this facility was located in a community where majority of the individuals served were not low-income, they would not be receiving the same treatment.
