  Never trust this company. They are not helpful at all. Your packages get stollen and you will have very frequent water shortage without any confirmed time when the water gets back on, or they’re just never on time. It happens, friends. More than 35 hours without water without any solutions and compensation, and they call it a luxury apartment. Seriously, a joke.
  
  Do not pretend you care here, as you don’t.
  Attached is the photo of the water coming out in my bathroom. It’s ALWAYS milky. It’s like this since day one and I submitted maintenance requests multiple time. They just never resolved, and even messed up my bathroom. The worst worst worst worst place ever.
