  A proportionally small school should have a faster and more organized staff system compared to other schools that have at least 3 times more students, but that isn't the case here at VAAS. This school makes so many mistakes when trying to accomplish some simple events. I've personally lost count of how many times I had to waste my time to redo some paperwork/assignments because some teachers/staff members lost my work.
  
  Here at this school we promote free thought to be expressed as long as it doesn't cross what the majority thinks is ok, so students at this school loose some individuality and creativity and get shunned out by both students and staff.
  
  If you are a parent that wants their child to focus and achieve higher goals, they'll have better chances at other schools. I say this because this school will partially assist your child because at this school their reputation is more important than their own students. I've seen my classmates just wing some of their classes and still they graduated by doing almost nothing most of the time.
  
  I'm not gonna lie, there are some teachers that do a really great job because they were dedicated to teaching us the discipline required and sometimes went beyond that, but the majority of the teachers, from my experience and from what I heard from classmates, have practically given up on their students and just pass them. We are set up to fail and we haven't really been motivated to do more for ourselves because it just seems like there's no point anyway.
  
  I appreciate what this school has done for me but most times it seems that the students actually do more for the school because we've had to go through they're bullshet.
  
  VAAS is a place of peace and love, and 1 week of violent fights. This school gets so sidetracked by the little things that it causes teachers to go behind schedule and give up after the first semester. if you want your child to be a good artist or great dancer, this is the school for them, but any other career......no
