  Best USPS office in the area, excellent customer service and very helpful and friendly with customers. I used to go to 90016 office which is 2 block away from my home and stopped because I was treated like trash even by the manager

  It is big facility, a lot of work but not enough personnel to go around. There's never more than two cashiers at the booths. It takes 5-30 min. to get any assistance when picking up a package, so if you are in luck it would take 10 min. Don't bother getting in line to pick up a package, even if there is no line. The cashier will ask you to go press the buzzer for that type of service. You can sometimes see their frustration of how over worked they are and the disrespect they get from customers. But as customer you get frustrated as well with the slow service.

  If I could could give them 0 stars I would. I called several times regarding a lost package because the assigned mail carrier in my area ALWAYS leaves my packages near the street and we don’t have a fence or live in a home (anyhow they never picked up). I was on the phone for over 1 hour ugh. I am truly over their service and wish I could really report them so they can learn to be considerate of people’s things.
