    I am having with Tina for the past 4 years and I can tell you she is the best and so dedicated to the art of Training and she is one of those trainers who look amazing and make you want to improve yourself. First, you need to know that Tina actually studied Personal Training and she has a certification that she keeps renewing. She will be able to advise you on your diet, what supplement you need if needed and will transform your body with hard work but also a very good attitude. She will push you but you also want to push yourself for her as she really cares about your health and well-being. She is also super nice and she became like a confident, she trains your body and yes maybe your soul a little bit ;)
    If you want a really dedicated trainer to you and who knows what she is doing, she will be your girl. Yeah, training is hard but it is more fun to do with a good professional than with a fake one and Tina is really. She looks the part, acts the part and talk the part, you will get the full package of personal training!
    She is the best, now if you can go train with her!
