  You can’t go wrong if you choose Tracy King and her partner Keely Myres as your real estate agents!
  
  Here’s why:
  - Communication. Tracy and Keely made sure we knew what the process was every step of the way and they answered every question and concern in a very timely manner. If they didn’t know the answer, they found someone who did.
  - Teamwork. Selling a house for the first time brought many hurdles that we knew nothing about—permits, regulations, etc.—especially with an older house that had a lot of older house issues! Tracy and Keely made sure that each step was handled properly.
  - Ease of process. I expected this to be a very stressful time. There’s always going to be pressure in something like this, but Tracy and Keely made it as easy as I could imagine. Even more important, they don’t shove a strategy down your throat, they’ll give you their expertise but also listen to your concerns and needs.
  - Marketing. Tracy and Keely know their stuff! They didn’t try to do a quick turnaround for an easy sale. They made sure everything was done to present the house in the best light possible… within our budget. When it was all over, we felt we’d received the best possible price for the home!
  
  Without question, the smartest thing I did in selling this house was choose Tracy and Keely as my agents. I hope you’ll consider them as well.
