  I've been going to Dr.Tamashiro for a couple years now, and the ONLY reason I've stayed for so long is because he's an awesome doctor, but the other employees are horrible! The front desk ladies are some of the rudest people I've ever met at a doctor's office, especially the one right in the front where you check in, she always seems to be in a bad mood, I've also called and I know by her voice that it's her and she's even worst on the phone, today both of my kids we're extremely sick and I called right at 9am when they opened to see if I can take them to get checked out, they told me they were "over booked" and couldn't see my kids, I explained my 3 year old had a fever of over 103 and the lady didn't seem concerned, all she told me was that she would call me if someone canceled so I asked her for her name to make a complain about her and BOOM 15-20 minutes later I get a call back for me to go in right away, what a coincidence! And when I got there the office was not crowded like other times I've gone, there was only 1 other family waiting to be seen!! This was the last straw for me I'm going to look for a different place to take my kids, not to mention they charge for EVERYTHING, I needed a copy of my child's immunization card.. $10 & I had to wait 3 days.. they charge for parking, they charge for any w.i.c papers you might need as well. If you're considering coming here , look elsewhere because the staff will not make you feel comfortable or welcomed.
