  Worst service ever.
  
  I visited a store at Venice, CA and had an horrible experience. I was going to add a new line on my account and waiting for a sales rep. After 30 min, a female sales rep finally came and sat down with me. As soon as she sat, she started watching TV (football game) and asked what my name was and what brought me in without even looking at me.
  
  I was upset by her rude and unprofessional attitude, but tried to make things out. She asked me my account info to pull up my data while watching football game again, which delayed a whole process because she couldn't see the tablet uploaded data.
  
  When I asked her to focus on the business and not watch TV, she got upset and didn't seem to be happy to help us. Ever since then, her attitude got worse and more rude. I reported this issue to the store manager but no one apologized. I have been royal customers for a long time, but I don't think I will use at&t any more.

  Great place. Reps are amazing. Very frendly and welcoming. Courtney is a rep there. She is amazing. She hooked me up with a great deal on cable and internet. Must come. Its quick in and out. Parking in the back. Food areas is all around.
