  We received a massive Chinese wool rug which was 25 years old and had never been cleaned. The smell was most disturbing.
  
  They did a wonderful job cleaning the entire piece. The owner even went into a long description of how it was made and that the wool comes from New Zealand. We will definitely return there in the future.
