  Last night I didn’t sleep was sweating all night, so achy, and in pain. I either have the flu or something worse...I went to work and they recommended this place across the street after I left. So I walked over in so much pain and get to the clinic. Not one person was in the Clinic.. so I was excited maybe I would get seen fast and get some medication. The lady at the front desk did not acknowledge me at all and was on the phone.. after 40mins passed of her still on the phone another lady came in and was standing right at the counter for another 15mins.. she did not acknowledge her either... still helping the customer on the phone... I then got up grabbed a card and she decided to put the person on the phone on a brief hold. I then walked out so upset I’m in sooo much pain.. You are always suppose to help the customers right in front of you and at least acknowledge them! I can’t believe it took her almost an hour to put that person on hold to talk to one of us.. at the point I was pissed and just walked out! I cant believe this just happened to me...
