  Let's face it, a Brazilian bikini wax is quite an intimate procedure. I don't feel (that) awkward with the treatment itself; rather, it's the anxiety that I feel because of some scarring on my legs (thanks to being crushed between two taxis). So upon meeting Lisa, I told her about the scars and she could tell that I was nervous. She responded with perfect aplomb.
  I knew without a doubt that I had found the absolute right person. It's extremely important to me that I have a positive rapport because then I can relax. Not only was I relaxed while Lisa worked so efficiently, but I enjoyed the experience because Lisa was not only highly skilled, she is personable, easy-going, patient, and genuinely kind. Because it had been a LONG time since my last wax, Lisa took all the time necessary and the final result was (and still is excellent) the best Brazilian I've ever had. I tip well to begin with (30%), but when the service and the skill and the result and the person all add up to an outstanding experience, I tip accordingly (an additional 30%) and I say this because I know some people just don't know how to tip appropriately. I am ecstatic that I have finally found a wonderful wax bar.
