  Very bad communication, rude and very loud, interrupts and thinks they know everything, We have been in car transport for over 7 years, moving vehicles cross country and usually when we promise our costumers to pick their car on exact day we are dedicated to do so by hiring a local towing truck to pick our car and hold it until my truck gets in the area, When i called Sonic he tells me they cant pick up a car that doesnt belong to me, even though i have written contract between me and the owner of the car that any towing will be getting it still Sonics reply with a ig attitude was call police to impound the vehicle, Are you kidding me???? Its my customer and i will do everything to move her cross country for her, not call police to impound it,
  Very unprofessional and defiantly will suggest for people not to waste their time with arrogant people like Sonic
