  The movers themselves are awesome and the only reason why I gave two stars. The office and admin staff, however, are awful. The obviously very young woman helping me during my pick up and delivery was not very helpful and messed up both pick up and delivery dates. My move changed from a coast to coast move to a local move. When I asked the manager about lowering the price because the fuel charge alone was drastically different, he said he would see what he could do. A $50 discount was it. Did I mention that the pick up and delivery addresses were three blocks apart? My stuff was being held hostage by them so I had no choice. Avoid this moving company.
