  The person on the night shift has no grasp of the English language and the frustrations continue without a single fluent speaker among the staff. It was almost impossible to communicate with him. They charge for the bathrooms which is inconvenient ad they always have someone watching the cameras. They can always ban whoever leaves a mess, but they're capitalists and put a price on the excratory necessities of children and seniors.
  It is apparemment that they do not hire adequate individuals, but rather someone that shares their culture.
