  I come here at least 3 times a week. Staff are ghost unless you stop them. I had a question for the staff in the front desk. While I was waiting on the "wait here line" the last person being attended was done with her inquiry. All of a sudden two idiots and a white red neck came in the doors and started talking to the staff. So..... What is the whole point of having a waiting area if people from the outside get to talk to the staff before me. It was that old man with glasses that's always sitting his assistant on the same chair. I bet the chair has more wrinkles than his face. Worst visit ever. (I might edit this review back to 5 starts if the old prune apologizes IDc if it's cedar Chavez day. Under staff is not a valid reason
