  Did not correct my computer problem appropriately and procrastinated on getting my computer fixed in a timely manner. I had my another computer fixed a year or so ago, he did a total system reset and installed my backup files along with some other interesting word programs. The last time I went however, i took a laptop that did not work because it would freeze often. I explained that there was a ticking sound and he dismissed my claim and did an old fashion system reset. It did not solve my problem. I brought my computer on a Saturday and he told me i could pick it up by Monday, i did not have time to pick it up until the following Saturday, and when i arrived he had barely started working on it. The store is not even full to say that he was busy with other clientele. I took it to ANOTHER repair man and he replaced the hard drive now it works, i was told that the noise was the hard drive. Now my computer works. I would not continue giving my business to this place
