  ordered a outfit for my grandaughter thirteen days before I needed it, princess on the go said 5-7 shipping days, one week after I ordered started calling leaving messages with no response,then e-mailed. They (she) responded that I would receive it by the twelfth day, and said she would send me a tracking number that I requested. She mentioned she was on vacation and sounded like she was back, I waited three more days without any response and no tracking number. I emailed again, no response. The day I was to receive it, she emails me that her child had been ill, and so when she went to the warehouse, it was out of stock. too many excuses, and irresponsible. I will not order from this site again.
