  I've been coming here since about 2005. Slowly the service has been going down hill. Recently went here again and it will be my last time. I asked the guy (he has a big belly on him) that hands you the tickets to please do an extra good job on vacuuming since I've had issues with them not doing a good job before. He said that if I wanted a good job, to tip the guy very good. Given I was already going to tip the guy very well but it annoyed me that he asked me so rudely.
  
  As I inform him "don't worry I will", he sticks out his hand and requests a tip for himself AND the other guy on the spot! I ask him why he's asking for a tip already when the job isn't done and he said "so we make sure we do a good job". What the hell is this? I understand asking (though rudely) for a tip for the guy actually performing the job but not for the guy that I know never does any cleaning.
  
  This place has been going downhill for the past 10 years. Thing is, I'm a loyal customer to many businesses that remember me and know what I like from their companies. Here, never had that feeling of being welcomed. Yet stupid me kept coming.
  
  Hopefully no one bothers coming here because you are wasting your money.
  
  p.s. yes I still paid the guy who cleaned my car 30%. It's not his fault the big guy was such an jerk..

  The man cleaning my car was locked in conversation with a customer. While talking with this customer- he let him hover around my car l. Finally, after I caught him leaning on my car a couple of times - I reported this to the manager (who was 5/10 feet away the whole time)
  
  Pretty ridiculous that the manager let a random stranger entertain my wash guy and then start leaning on my newly washed car doors. This is my second, and now last, bad experience at this place. Never going back
