  Yana who claims to be the office manager is unbelievably RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT. She claims there is no one else I could talk to in the entire office. If you think a Groupon is a bad idea for a dental cleaning trust your guts. This office is run by someone who is better off managing inmates in jail. She has no idea how to talk to patients and she has no clue of how to address patients concerns and requests. Do not go here and do not buy any groupon here, you will regret it. I have never been treated in my life like Yana treated me. Awful. New Edit: After the comment posted to my review I must add that Yana is a LIAR. The comment to my review and YOUR STORY is full of vicious LIES. You were the one yelling to me "DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO" when I politely and peacefully suggested that you simply ask the dentist if he can do a local anesthetic or not right before my cleaning because I am very sensitive. Your behaviour was beyond crazy and unacceptable. You actually refused to properly put me on hold and truthfully ask the dentist and then when you realized you were out of line you just kept repeating that the dentist must see me before making a decision on the local anesthetic. That is ridiculous. Either a dentist can do a local anesthetic or he cannot. Its a choice to be locally numb. Its not general anesthesia. There is no necessity to be seen before. So you didn't address my concerns nor did the dentist behind this practice. And from your comment to my review I am supposed to learn that the money I paid to Groupon are lost because I must find a new dentist because the office manager Yana is so ignorant when it comes to patients care and customer service? Wow. Unbelievable. People stay out of this dental practice!
