  NDI Insurance Agency is truly a gem. In these days of online quotes and false advertising, it’s nice to know that people still exist to answer questions. I've found that, like medical insurance, other types of insurance like home and auto can be very complex. Also, there is more to purchasing a policy than trying to find the best combination of coverage levels and price.
  
  When I called for my quote, a very nice man named Leigh answered the phone. As it turns out, Leigh is the “son” in this father-son owned operation. I was informed about ways in which I was “underinsured.” Standard policies don’t cover losses of all types. In my case, I had a water pipe burst in my home and received nothing from my current insurer. I wanted to make sure that I spoke with an actual person to get a new policy that would truly cover me. What’s the point of carrying a policy that is less than all-inclusive? In addition, after a quick analysis of my current policy, Leigh informed me that I was carrying other insurance that was essentially a waste of money. After acquiring a new policy tailored to my needs, I was very happy that I made the call that day.
