  Terrible customer service, they don’t care at all about their patients. Hold times are 30-40 minutes anytime you need anything. We’ve stopped using, and I have no idea why hospitals refer patients here. Honestly that’s probably the only reason they have any customers left.

  I can't believe it's legal for insurance to force people to use mini pharmacy. They are a disaster. It generally takes 3 calls to get anything done (including receiving orders that are approved and ready to go). They forced me off an insulin pump because they couldn't get me supplies consistently.
