  They need to train the new people and the manager Angel on how not to be rude to customers. Went there the other night for a drink, the drive through was 35 minute wait and I couldn't get out. Went there today and ordered a salad to which their reply was they had no salads today and when i wanted a refund on just the salad part of my order, they were rather snippy, like it was my fault they didn't have a single salad on their menu that had 7 different types of salad. The manager was a smirky rude fellow who skiddaddled back into his office instead of staying outside and training his employees and the girl who took my order was afraid of him and getting in "trouble" for pressing the wrong button. I hope she does not get in trouble but the manager should.
