  This place is terrible. The old man who is "in charge" couldn't even match a handle stem and when I told him he sold the wrong part it didn't match he just yammered. "I sold the right part!!" and refused to refund me despite it being their policy and talking to him over the phone and him telling me he would refund me. This old vagabond really needed the 60 bucks I guess. They also couldn't match a j-bend which I believe a 9 year old could do relatively easy. I guess they stay in business by not honoring their return policy. Waste of time and money coming here.

  I'm a handyman who works in the area. I have never been in that store where they didn't have what I was looking for. And if they didn't have it they always took out the time to help me figure another approach. What more do you want in a plumbing supply house?
