  Came here for an alignment and felt like I was bothering from the start. Was told my car would be ready between when I dropped it off at 2pm till 5pm. So I expected a phone call. I arrived at 5:10 because they never called me.. and instead the shop is now closed and I don't have a car for work tomorrow. It would have been great to receive a phone call instead of this horrible costumer service.

  These guys are great. Stacey is very informative about what's going on and what they're doing. And they start with the cheapest option first and go from there. I've definitely found my new mechanic.
