  Imagine being locked at of your apartment at one in the morning and having to call a locksmith and paying $140 to get back in your house and then receiving a creepy text saying "So you're really cute and I have your phone number. How about I call you tomorrow and we'll hang? Stefan the locksmith." from someone that knows where you live and can clearly get into your house. I slept with my front door barricaded last night because I am beyond uncomfortable. This is 110% not acceptable. Do not hire this company if you want to go to bed feeling safe.
