  Really noisy even in quiet zones!!!!
  
  At first I tried to remind every loud-talker I met, but no more than a few months I gave up, cause I'm not a peace officer!!!! Then I have to wear earplugs everyday I came here, which makes me feel terrible. In fact, it's really necessary for USC to add "HOW TO BEHAVE" sessions in new students' orientation.
