  This is one of my favorite parks to visit. There is a walking trail along the water and also various trails that spread around the park. No hiking, just walking trails. There are bbq areas so this would be a great spot for a birthday party or a family day. The park also allows fishing in certain areas. They also have feet paddling boats if you'd like to go out on the water. The ducks and geese are everywhere! You can bring food to feed them if wanted. Very dog friendly place. The park does close at 8pm so just keep that in mind if you plan to go later. Overall nice park to visit.
