  Absolute worst place to buy your beauty products. Went there to buy my usual shampoo and conditioner but they were out of it so they suggested I try a new one they just started carrying that cost $69 for shampoo and conditioner. It has caused my hairline and scalp to breakout w cystic acne. I've had it for 2 weeks and requested that I please bring it back just to exchange for my usual and the lady said no sorry half the bottle is gone. I let her know half the bottle is NOT gone as I don't wash my hair everyday and no one uses half a bottle in 2 weeks. I pled my case and let her know that I am a frequent customer that she is about to lose- to which her response was "oh well". Sayonara Kristys. Never again will I shop there. No wonder why you went out of business at Century City. Have you ever heard of customer service???? You truly suck.
