  We had that perfect chance & timing of having our property's sale process handled by the expertise of Mr. Jose Contreras! My husband and I had placed our Porter Ranch house on the market and were initially on our own with house showings, etc., with questions and concerns being coordinated with our agent who's based all the way in San Diego. This situation of a sort of long distance relationship with our agent placed a lot of stress on us and proved an almost impossible positive result. We definitely needed help!   We've been working with Jose for quite a while looking for investment properties. His patience and professional attitude have been outstanding while we looked through what seems like hundreds of properties. Our search requirements were from the San Fernando Valley all the way south to Long Beach. Jose had no issues with driving down to Long Beach on multiple occasions to help us with our purchase. During this process our requirements and time frame changed when we were faced with a time deadline due to a 1031 exchange transaction. Jose took on this challenge and really helped us look at a wider range of properties. His ability to refine the number of properties to look at while keeping in mind the potential for return on investment was extremely helpful.
