  My Child has grown leaps and bounds academically thanks to the dedicated Teachers and especially the director of the school who takes extra interest care to ensure each students development. We could not be happier.

  I truly wish I could write five stars but I cannot.
  The reviews about the teachers are very accurate. They are amazing people who have handled my son with care from day 1. It saddens me to have to find a new preschool only because of that.
  The reason for one star. Two words: the director. I don't even know where to begin. Let's start with "I care for the children very much"
  1. My son almost died from a very rare stomach condition during which he had to have emergency surgery. Mind you, the symptoms began on his campus that day with vomiting and him crying in pain about his stomach. I don't know how long he was in pain for but we didn't get a call until around 5pm. An hour before closing. Who knows how much pain he was in all day. During the time of his hospitalization, not ONCE did Miss Dyani reach out to us to see if my four year old was ok. (Really caring of you) When our son was ok to return to school and they requested a note from the DR. Which was faxed to them within 48 hours, "was not received because our fax machine does not work". Really? Than why wouldn't you tell us that right away instead of waiting TWO WEEKS and then complaining about his missed days. He was ready to come back, but yet you lack the technology and communications ethics to let us know.
  2. Whenever a child gets hurt, someone is supposed to write out an incident report. We have gotten two total. But there have been way more incidents than that. One day I picked him up and he had dry blood on his face and white shirt. I have photos for proof. No incident report that day. (Very caring)
  3. When we were going through a very hard financial time, she did allow us to not worry about the month my son was in the hospital, but because we fell behind by about a month, she kicked out my child. Who the hell kicks out an innocent toddler from school due to the financial hardships the family is going through. Isn't this a Montessori? Wait, according to a conversation that took place with her today, this isn't a school, "it's a business". (You can feel the love for the children emulating)
  4. This campus discriminates against anyone with a mental disability. Having been diagnosed with a horrible case of depression and anxiety, it's been difficult on me personally to get my life back on track, which caused my son to be late to school. So because of MY mental disability, he gets kicked out. (DISCRIMINATION at its finest) Also we live in Encino, I'm sure anyone with a brain understands how much traffic there is on the 101, and how a toddler acts when they wake up cranky.
  5. The ONLY time I have ever heard from this woman was about money. Never about how my son was doing in school, never about an incident report, never about how his health is, etc. she is a prime example of a car salesman. She will say anything and everything to get you in, and if you piss her off once, she takes it out on your child. We got a discounted rate, I won't deny that. But there are MULTIPLE families who also have a discounted rate, they have told me so themselves, so don't use "I'm being compassionate by giving you a discount" as an excuse to your horrible attitude and utter lack of empathy towards the children and the families.
  Also, when you write a check, even if you specify what month it is for, they will cash it and put it towards who knows what. I have that in writing from the school. Pretty sure that is not legal.
  
  Lastly, some days my son comes home upset because his teacher yelled at him. They have student of the day, and he's been at this school for almost two years and not once has he gotten that award that he's been begging for probably because from day one Miss Dyani has treated him completely different than the other kids.
