  My experience with these people has been terrible.
  
  I purchased a piece of art from them online. When it arrived, the fedex box had a hole punched straight through it. When I opened the box, the painting also had a hole punched through it. I took pictures of both the box and painting and contacted them immediately.
  
  I requested that they refund my money and deal with Fedex on their end. After all, I had nothing to do with selecting the shipper or actually packaging the painting. In my opinion, poor packaging was to blame. The painting was simply wrapped in plastic but there was no peanuts or stuffing of any kind. Had they packaged it properly then this would have been easily avoided.
  
  After several attempts to contact them through the Etsy app, I finally got Larry on the phone. He stated that he would return my money via paypal. That was in early May 2016 and to date I have received no refund or response from them despite several attempts.
  
  These people basically stole $250 from me.
  
  The worst part is that I let them convince me to pay them directly via paypal instead of through Etsy so they could save the Etsy commission. Then I let them convince me to send them the money via paypal as a friend/family instead of a business so they could save the paypal commission. So now I have no recourse through Etsy or Paypal. My stupid mistake, don't let them fool you too.
  
  Bottom line, these folks will not do the right thing if something goes wrong.
