  Got my hair cut, treated, and colored with highlights AND lowlights for the price of just a haircut at some high end salons I been to...at the salon and had the sweetest hairdresser, Mila.
  She did an amazing job! Don't let her Russian accent and demeanor intimidate you or think rudely. She seemed that way at first on the phone, but in person I saw she was personable and cared about doing a good job. She gave me a super good deal and she gave me a hug goodbye. She is my go to hairdresser now!
