  Very good service, much better than the Sherman oaks location. People here are attentive and friendly even though you might not look like a musician. The Sherman oaks location which is closer to home is terrible and most of the employees seem to care more about people they either know or just look like musicians because they seem like they know what they're talking about. Will continue to shop at this location.

  I came in with my guitar at about 3 p.m. and I said can you please restring my guitar? I need it as soon as possible and I need it before 4 p.m. tomorrow, they said okay no problem I'll leave a note so the technician can do it as soon as he gets here, I called today and they told me he's not coming in till 4 pm. They completely ignored my request. I then asked if an associate would be able to do it and they refused
