  DO NOT HIRE!!!! These guys are crooks. They stole money from me and damaged a lot of my belongings. The whole experience has be nothing but negative. I contacted them to fix my things or return my money and was hung up on repeatedly. My wife called them and was asked "who the f*#& are you and why are you calling". Every time I call I get hung up on. These guys are very unprofessional. They lost parts to my refrigerator and completely damaged my couch and tv. DO NOT HIRE!!! If they have ripped me off they will do the same to you! They are con artists! They will tell you what you want to hear and steal from you when you're not looking.

  I booked a move from 8a-12p. They didn't show up until after 2. I had to call them at 11:40a to find out where they were and that's when I learned their truck was broken. Nobody called me to tell me. When they did show up, the first guys couldn't move all of our stuff, so they had to send an additional truck, which didn't arrive until 6pm. The first guys moved my couches and bed, and both were damaged. The lining under my box spring and my sofa were torn. The 2nd set of guys damaged a shelf in my safe. The guy gave me 20% off my move and said to file a claim about the damages. I haven't heard anything back regarding the damages. I hired them through Starving Students. I filed a complaint with them. They increased moving day stress exponentially, wasted my time, damaged my belongings, and are not responsive regarding my damage claims. NEVER book these guys.
