  Leasing office staff can be very rude, which seems to be the consensus amongst many tenants. Customer service definitely needs to improve among so many others things i.e Parking, Visitor Hours, etc. How about some appreciation for long-standing tenants? SMH

  I stopped last year to look for a place for my grandson while he is in medical school and the staff were extremely rude. I bought a three bedroom house off Coliseum and LaCienaga area instead for his use and one other student
