  My Jetta's seat belt was stuck so I took it to the dealer and they quoted me $700 to replace it. This seemed a bit steep so I called around different VW specialists but only David at German Car Service was willing to locate a salvage part, have it shipped over and install it for less than half what the dealer quoted. But the best part is that when I brought my car over, David inspected it and said it doesn't need replacement. He showed me that it may seem a bit loose when you pull it but when tensed up like in a sudden stop situation it works fine!
  
  So he returned the salvage part and I only had to pay for nominal shipping charges. Wow. Bar none the best and most honest auto related experience ever!
