  Worst experience ever!!!! around 3 months ago I give them my Vacuum for repair, their change the engine and replace the cord for $170 (on the beginning of the conversation was over $200), so, they gave me a discount. The thing is that the cord broke again and they said it was my fault for pulling the cord, what is a lie because I was using an extension and I never take out the cable from the vacuum. So, long short story, they want to charge me $100 again for replace a f..... cord. This guys are the worst ever!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
