  I believe in online buying but because of several cases for suspicious internet transactions I prefer to buy physically especially for big purchases. That's why I flew all the way to the Diamond District of Los Angeles to personally check on this diamond company Gem Dynasty and the owner Frank. This guy is very professional and straight forward which I appreciate given that I have to target a certain budget for the diamond that I want.   I am reviewing Gem Dynasty because they were very helpful when it came to the various questions I asked about a loose diamond ring I had. They were very informative and explained how they specialize in what they do. I also asked her if they had any wedding rings and she told me yes. I asked if they make custom rings and she told me yes, whatever you want on it they can make it happen. My last question I asked was if they offer exchange service and she said yes. Their customer service is excellent and very trustworthy with their products/service. I was very pleased with their service and recommend this to anyone who is looking for an engagement ring, wedding ring, or just simply trying to repair /replace your diamond ring.
