  I read the bad reviews for this place, and I can offer a different perspective. I went into the store on a Saturday, picked out my sofa bed, chair and dining set, and the guys there were very friendly and helpful. Mark was chatty and offered opinions and advice on which fabric would last longer, and said they would have everything delivered curbside for a pretty cheap price the following Saturday. Because I hadn't yet sold off my old furniture, I called back and asked if Mark could deliver the furniture on Monday instead. He was very accommodating. He was an hour or two late showing up when he delivered the sofa and chair (and seemed a little wound up about not being able to find my place), but he said that my dining table had been scratched and that he would come back the following night with a new one. He actually came two nights later (something about the new dining table coming in too late to be delivered), and was a little late again, but he ended up not charging me for either of the deliveries because he lived so close to me. So even though the service was not the best in the world, I made off like a bandit with three great new pieces at low prices and found it to be a pretty pleasant experience. I would recommend them to friends, though I would say that they might be better off picking the stuff up themselves.
