  Shop has no time management skills whatsoever. Booked an appointment for 2 and didn't get seated 'til 2:20. The pink-haired woman at the front was quite rude as well when I asked about it. Go to the Floyd's on Melrose or in Echo Park instead, much friendlier and can actually manage appointments properly.
