  Had me get a "low dose" CT in case I had something wrong even though I had no symptoms, ended up costing 1000. Paying upfront cash for everything-3000 total and then waiting to get reimbursed is not common practice. Finally, not getting fully reimbursed for this or that just seems shady. Find a legit practice.
