  Well this location is a bit of a disappointment. Waited for 30 minutes for my food and was standing in front of the workers who were calling out the name and serving the food. not once did any of them ask me what my order was or try to find my order since i paid and was waiting while everyone after me paid took there food and left. while the whole time my food was in front of the guy that was calling out names and giving out the food, the guy didnt even once feel bad in any way that he missed my food that was right in front of him. he didnt care in any way. so when i got my food i looked at the people in the line and said i have to do this which was ask for a refund and they completely understood and let me go ahead of them.i believe the manager looked at me and said oh yeah you have been waiting for a long time,we can give you your food and your refund i said no i dont want the food anymore its the principle at this point. got my refund and walked away. guess who wont be going back to el pollo loco at that location ever again~! thats right~! this chick~! screw that feeling, energy and vibes. just a negative experience. guess what i will be doing after this copy and pasting this rate and review and sending it to there corporate office so they can know how they lack in customer service and the people who work there dont care about how they make there customers feel. done and done!
