  WOW! I moved to California 3 years ago from Ohio and never looked for a dentist before now. I used to go every 6 months back in Ohio but that was because I was comfortable with my original dentist despite the fact that I just do not like dentists offices! All the noises of drills and suction just creeped me out. However, recently I woke up not being able to open my mouth and had a huge pain on my bottom right wisdom tooth. Therefore, I had to suck it up and look for a dentist and that is when I came across Dr. Lavi's practice. My first impression when I walked in was that it was so clean! Then immediately I was greeted my Sandra at the front desk and the warming atmosphere calmed my nerves without a doubt. My overall experience at Dr. Lavi's office was the best I have ever had and they have now become my goto dentist. Long story short, I had to have my right top and bottom wisdom tooth removed and I will be going back to remove my left ones. The staff was extremely gentle and reassuring that everything would be ok. The thing I am most worried about was pain, however when Dr. Lavi came in for the teeth removal, he was so patient with my nerves and made the experience very comfortable. He constantly asked if I was okay and before proceeding with each step he explained to me what was being done so that I knew exactly was was going on inside my mouth. Of course the drills came out but the warming experience definitely over powered the sounds and I honestly can say that I am looking forward to going back :) !!
  
  P.S. when I went in for a cleaning and a post-op check up, I got the best teeth cleaning ever! The lady had me walking out of that office ready to smile at everyone!
